Things to check before Pursuing Warranty Support or Post-Warranty repair:

  • Confirm that a regulated 9VDC power supply is used and that connection to product is via a 2.1mm diameter ‘Boss’ style power plug with a negative centre pin
  • Check that power supply provides enough current to suit the applicable Hoozammer product.  (Refer to applicable product User Guide to confirm required current level).
  • Try using a different power connection cable
  • Try a different power outlet (if available) on your 9-volt power supply
  • Change to a ‘basic’ effects chain, such as guitar to given pedal input only and same pedal output plugged directly into amplifier input
  • Change the cables that connect to the product input and output
  • Change to a different guitar
  • Change to a different amplifier
