Terms and Conditions: Shipping / Returns
Shipping:
Hoozammer provides shipping on domestic orders via Australia Post. Hoozammer ships across Australia, but does not, as yet, ship internationally.
Hoozammer will quote shipping and domestic order insurance pricing as part of order processing, and email the customer of such.
Hoozammer will calculate any fees/taxes (if applicable) at the time of invoicing. Hoozammer will send the customer an email notifying when their order has shipped, with tracking information emailed to the customer email address provided to Hoozammer at the time of ordering.
Returns:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of products(s) – based on order delivery date from shipping tracking data. Returns requested after this time will be refused. Hoozammer does not accept Returns in cases of “change of mind”.
Item(s) must be returned in as-new condition with all of the original packaging contents. If items are not returned as such, a 20% restocking fee may be applied.
For Australian sales: Upon receiving the returned item(s), refunds will be issued against a customer nominated bank account or ‘PayID’, and may take 3 to 5 business days to be processed Note that Hoozammer does not have control of the speed at which a customer’s financial institution processes funds.
